Prefer a physical SIM card?
Physical SIM cards are available to purchase at The Bridge. We also make them available during crew visits to vessels, so you can arrange a SIM even when you haven’t been able to visit the centre.

Step 1: Get the app

Step 2: Get your eSIM
You can use our app or web shop to select your data bundle and install your eSIM. Just follow the steps! After installing the eSIM, go to step 3.
Step 3: Switch to your eSIM
- For Android:
- Go to Settings – Connections – SIM manager
- Switch ON your eSIM
- Switch OFF calls and messages
- Go to Mobile data – Select your eSIM
- Go to Connections – SIM manager
- Switch ON data roaming
- Switch ON Voice over 4G
- For Apple/iOS
- Go to Settings – Mobile Service
- Under SIMs
- Switch OFF the primary SIM
- Switch ON your eSIM
- Go to your eSIM again
- Turn ON this line
- Switch ON data roaming
- Go to Mobile data
- Switch from Primary to your eSIM
