2. Contact forms

When you submit a form on our website, we process the information you enter so that we can handle and respond to your request. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, and the contents of your message.

Our forms also record submission information such as the date and time of submission and the page from which the form was submitted. This information helps us administer and understand the context of requests.

Forms are created with Elementor, and submissions are sent to the relevant ISC The Bridge mailbox. Submissions are also stored in our WordPress environment using Form Vibes.

We process this information because it is necessary to respond to your request and/or because we have a legitimate interest in administering our communications and activities.

Form submissions and related correspondence may be retained as an organisational record for as long as reasonably necessary to manage and document enquiries, relationships and activities. We periodically review whether retained personal data is still needed. Information may be kept longer where required by law or where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

3. Newsletter

You can voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter. For this purpose, we collect your full name and email address.

We use these details only to manage your subscription and send the ISC The Bridge newsletter. The newsletter is generally sent approximately once every two months.

We use Mailchimp to manage and distribute the newsletter. Your newsletter details are therefore processed in Mailchimp. Mailchimp is operated by Intuit and may process personal data in the United States using applicable safeguards for international transfers.

The legal basis for sending the newsletter is your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter or by contacting our Communications team.

We retain your newsletter details while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, limited information may be retained where necessary to ensure that your opt-out is respected.

4. Spam protection

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect our forms against spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA may process technical information about your device, browser and interaction with the website in order to assess whether a submission is likely to be made by a person or automated software. 5. Embedded content and external services

Our website may contain embedded or linked content from third-party services, including Google Maps, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. When such content is loaded or activated, the relevant provider may receive technical information such as your IP address and information about your interaction with the content.

Where consent is required for non-essential third-party content or cookies, we use our cookie consent system to request your choice before activating the relevant service.

Our website also contains links to external services, including Golden eSIM. If you follow an external link, you leave the ISC The Bridge website and the privacy terms of the external provider apply. Our website and email services are hosted by STRATO. In providing these services, STRATO may process technical information necessary to operate, secure and deliver the website and email services, such as server logs and IP addresses.

The website is built with WordPress and Elementor. Personal data submitted through the website may therefore be processed within our WordPress environment and by service providers necessary for the operation and security of the website.

8. Who receives your personal data?

We do not sell your personal data. We only make personal data available where necessary to operate the website, provide our services, communicate with you, comply with legal obligations, or where you have given consent.

Depending on how you use the website, relevant service providers may include STRATO (hosting and email), Mailchimp/Intuit (newsletter distribution), Google (reCAPTCHA, Maps and YouTube), and social-media providers whose content is embedded or linked on the website.

Some third-party providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are made using an applicable legal transfer mechanism or safeguard.
